By placing an order to Vaper Touch.com, you agree to pay for the order by authorizing a corresponding charge to a valid credit card or other form of payment as described in our checkout provider. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at any time and for any reason, even if you have received an order confirmation from us or our checkout provider.  We are not responsible or liable in any way if a financial institution which has issued a credit card to you refuses to honor the card for any reason.

Each Vaper Touch is custom made, and the average time from order to shipping is 1-3 weeks depending upon availability.

Vaper Touch.com reserves the right to decline international orders. International orders may require payment via Money Order and may require two weeks to clear. 

Vaper Touch.com reserves the right to modify the warranty and prices at any time.

Vaper Touch.com reserves the right to refuse shipment. Please check your local laws before ordering and do not order if PV's are prohibited in your area. In certain instances, especially with international orders, Vaper Touch.com may require that payment be made via money order which may take up to two weeks to clear. When shipping internationally, please check with your countries laws and customs regulations before ordering. Vaper Touch.com is not liable for any orders that are seized/stolen while in transit to the purchaser and no refunds will be issued on the seized product unless it is returned to Vaper Touch.com . By placing an order with Vaper Touch.com, you agree to the above terms.

International Orders: Due to the nature of international orders, all lost, stolen, seized or non received shipments are non-refundable and Vaper Touch.com is not responsible for such orders after they have been mailed from Vaper Touch.com. Please verify your countries rules and regulations before ordering. Order at your own risk.

 


Privacy Policy

 

Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order.  

 

 

Warranty
 


Vaper Touch now has a limited 1yr limited warranty on the Vaper Touch Titanium. We warrant the body and switch under normal use, for a full 1yr.  Vaper Touch will replace or repair the Vaper Touch, at our discretion.  The person who purchased Vaper Touch is responsible for getting in contact with us, and if determined that it is a manufacturing problem, is responsible for return postage of their Vaper Touch to us for replacement or repair. Vaper Touch will then pay postage to return the product back to the purchaser. This warranty in Not transferable and original receipt is necessary for any warranty claims. We do not warrant problems such as 510 connector problems or stripping of the Battery threads due to misuse. Our customer service extends to people who have purchased our products from third parties if you need any type of assistance, but we are not able to warrant the products from third party sales since we cannot guarantee the condition it is received in. Any tampering with the internal parts of the Vaper Touch and or opening the top cap voids any and all warranties!

Warranty applies on all Titanium parts.
Vaper Touch.com warrants its Vaper Touch body to be free of all manufacturing defects under normal use for a period noted above. Vaper Touch.com will replace or repair, at its discretion, any PV body/adapter found to be defective. Warranty does not cover springs or battery/atomizer contacts as those are considered normal wear items that may need periodic replacement. Purchaser is responsible for the cost of returning any defective parts to Vaper Touch.com. Vaper Touch.com reserves the right to inspect any product that has been reported to be defective prior to the replacement and/or repair of the product. The PV in question must have been solely used for personal use and not damaged due to improper care, negligence, accidental cross threading of threads, misuse, abuse, improper installation or modifications. This warranty will not cover any damages which might be caused by this product (some states do not allow such limitation, so this reference may not apply to you). Please keep your original receipt as proof of purchase. No employee or agent is authorized to give any warranties on behalf of Vaper Touch.com.

 

Return Policy



 5 day return policy . If you are not completely satisfied with your Vaper Touch.com personal vaporizer, return it within 5 days of receiving it and Vaper Touch.com will refund your purchase price. Purchaser is responsible for any return postage and it is recommended that the user return it with a tracking number and insurance. Vaper Touch.com will not be responsible for any lost return shipments, so protect yourself.

Batteries and Atomizers: No returns allowed on used atomizers or batteries. 5 day return policy on unused batteries and atomizers.
